Return & Refund

Any return or refund should be requested within 3 days after receiving goods.

Returns or refund requests can be made by email or by completing the return form in our website.


Return Policy:

Return by shipping us back the unopened goods within 7 days of receiving goods,
refund of the full amount of the goods will be made by the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
(shipping cost is not included)

All returned goods should be with its original packaging and completed accessory.

Items that come in a set should all be returned together in it's original condition including any gifts that come along with the purchases.

Please return the goods with proper packing that damage can be avoided during the return shipment.

Excessive returns will be deemed to abuse the exercise of eptoy's return policy and will be refused to exercise the right to return the goods.

Return shipping should be paid by the buyers.


Refund Policy:

Refund will be made if the entire package is lost during the shipment ( lost of shipment must be confirmed by Hongkong Post),
shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refund will be made if the products are seriously damaged or assembled with wrong parts by factory error.

Partial refund will not be accepted.

Refund will only be made after goods are returned to eptoy.

Full refund including shipping cost will be made if the items are running out of stock or other reasons the caused the good supply. No further compensation will be provided.


Item(s) cannot not be refunded nor returned in the following conditions:

01.Contents or part of the content in the package are missing during the delivery.

02.More than 3 days after receipt of goods

03.Man-made damage.

04.The goods have been opened or have been used (for example, wrapping tape or box has torn off).

05.Any discount, clearance or sales products that are non-refundable or non-returnable that indicated in eptoy.

06.Any product that is not purchased from the eptoy website.

07.All the model kits products cannot be returned nor refunded.

08.Goods are confiscated or destroyed caused by customs clearance.

09.Any delay in delivery of goods or taking too long time under any unpredictable circumstances.

10.Package lost because providing the incorrect delivery address.

11.The packaging of the item is slightly damage during shipment.


If the package has returned to us due to: unknown address, absence of recipient, recipient refuses to pay for
the import tax or by any reasons the recipient refuses to receive the order,etc. after several attempts of
unsuccessful delivery, we may ship the returned package again but shipping fee will be charged for the
re-shipment (re-shipment cost will be provided separately by eptoy).

Refund for order that can not be delivered will be accepted, except for all relevant shipping charges.

Please note that once the return or refund is completed,
all points earned by the purchase will be deducted directly from the account.

In the event of any dispute, eptoy reserves the right to make the final decision.
