Delivery Method

All orders will be sent by Hongkong Post Postal Service or SF-express.

In order to provide an efficient delivery,each order accepts only a single recipient address,
and please provide valid name of recipient, address and contact number.

If the items are returned to eptoy and are requested to ship again, re-shipment fee will need to be charged.

Items will be sent within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.


International shipment:

will be carried out by e-Express, Air Registered Mail and Air Parcel which the services provided by Hongkong Post.


e-Express:

Online tracking is provided.

Following countries will be shipped by e-Express service
Canada, Brazil, UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland,
Spain, Russia, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Thailand,
Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Australia, New Zealand.

Delivery time is about 7 to 14 working days
(depending on the flight condition, customs clearance and airport safety check, etc.)
Individual countries may take 4 to 5 weeks or longer.


Air Registered Mail:

Online tracking is provided.

Following countries will be shipped by Air Registered Mail service
Argentina, Austria, Chile, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Peru, Slovakia, Taiwan and Ukraine

Delivery time is about 7 to 24 working days
(depending on the flight condition, customs clearance and airport safety check, etc.)
Individual countries may take 4 to 5 weeks or longer.


Air Parcel:

Package that weight 2000g or above will be shipped by Air Parcel service.

Online tracking is provided.

Delivery time is about 8 to 17 working days
(depending on the flight condition, customs clearance and airport safety check, etc.)
Individual countries may take 4 to 5 weeks or longer.


The above delivery time is for reference only. In exceptional circumstances,
the location of your customs may extend the clearance time and lead to delayed delivery.

eptoy will not be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions,
customs clearance, or other regulations that apply in countries outside Hong Kong.
It is your responsibility to pay the charges levied by the authorities
and observes the respective regulations of the country in which you receive the item(s).

You may need to responsible for all the cost incurred if the your purchased items
are returned to us due to the following conditions.

Items are refused to enter to the countries by the customs or any related authorities,
the receivers fail to pay the necessary duties and taxes for the items and by other reasons
that the recipient refuses to receive the items.

Refund or replacement will not be made if the items were confiscated or
destroyed by the customs of the mailing countries.


Domestic delivery (for Hong Kong purchases only):

Can be handled by Hongkong Post or by meet-up delivery.


Post:

All items will be sent by local registered postal service from Hongkong Post or SF-express.

Package must be signed upon delivery.

Online Tracking is provided.

Delivery time is about 1 to 2 days.


Meet-up Delivery:

After confirmation of the order, please call 36925648 within 1 day to arrange the pick-up time
(Please provide the valid telephone number when you check out)

Available pick-up time: 2:30 pm-10:00pm.

Location: MTR stations along the Hong Kong Island line.


Shipping & Packing

The maximum weight for each package would be 5000g.

Tracking number will be sent by email or you can check it from My Order History.

In order to ensure the item(s) is complete without damage,
an initial item inspection will be conducted by eptoy before shipment
(the original packaging will not be open)

Item(s) will be packed as safe as possible, however,
eptoy cannot guarantee there are no damages to the packing during the shipment.

Product(s) will be wrapped with more than one layers of bubble paper as the first layer
and it will be inserted in a cardboard box covered by a brown shipping paper
with "fragile" sticker on the surface.
